While it is important to have industry knowledge, a broad knowledge of other industries will allow a consultant to bring fresh ideas to the table. Prior to hiring us, we will demonstrate expertise in your type of business (B2B is very different from B2C or SaaS).
Can you guarantee success?
Although there are no real guarantees the important thing is to prioritise your goals, set KPI's that let us work together to meet them, so that measuring of success happens and can be demonstrated in an easy to understand format.
Will you sign a letter of confidentiality?
Yes, in fact we will refrain from working with your competitors during the period we work with you. This will protect the business, as you do not want key information being leaked and you want to stay a step ahead of the competition and our job is to help you do just that.
